Grammar Point
-다고 해요 / -라고 해요
= reporting what someone said
| Adjective / description | → | -다고 해요 — 바쁘다 → 바쁘다고 해요 |
| Verb, happening now | → | -ㄴ다고/는다고 해요 — 오다 → 온다고 해요 |
| Noun + 이다 | → | -(이)라고 해요 — 선생님이다 → 선생님이라고 해요 |
| Anything, in the past | → | -았다고/었다고 해요 — 잤다고 해요 |
💡 Don't memorize every form today — just notice the shape: 다고 해요 (or 라고 해요).
