Grammar Point
-기 때문에
= "because ___" (formal)
| Any stem | → | +기 때문에 — 바쁘다 → 바쁘기 때문에 |
| Noun | → | +때문에 — 시험 → 시험 때문에 |
💡 Your third way to say "because" — a bit more formal than -아서/어서 or -(으)니까.
