Grammar Point
더니
= I noticed ___, and then ___
| Verb / Adjective stem | → | -더니 — 울다 → 울더니 |
| Noun + 이다 | → | -(이)더니 — 아이 → 아이더니 |
💡 Day 89's -았/었더니 = what YOU found after YOUR action. Today's -더니 = a change YOU noticed — often in others.

The child was crying, then quickly started laughing.
2. 아빠가 등산을 시작하더니 건강해졌어요.
Dad started hiking, and then got healthy.
