Grammar Point

-고
= "and" — it connects two actions or descriptions into one sentence.
Verb / Adjective stem → + 고 — 가다 → 가고, 좋다 → 좋고
Noun + 이다 (copula) → + 이고 — 학생 → 학생이고

Example Sentences 🎧

1. 저는 마이클이고, 미국 사람이에요.
I'm Michael, and I'm American.
