Rather than treating fate as fixed, this reading uses Saju as a language for understanding patterns, timing, and possibility. Your chart will be translated into clear, approachable English — without requiring any previous knowledge of Saju.

How it works:

1. Place your order — you'll then receive a short form by email to submit your name, date of birth, local time of birth, city and country of birth, and one question you would like explored. If you don't know your birth time, select "unknown."
2. Once your complete information has been received, your personalized PDF will be prepared and delivered by email within 3 business days.
3. One clarification question about your completed report is included if submitted within 14 days of delivery.

FAQ

I don't know my birth time. Can I still order? Yes. Your reading can be based on the year, month, and day pillars. The hour pillar will be omitted, and your report will clearly explain which interpretations cannot be made without it. We will not guess a missing birth time.

What birth information should I provide? Please provide your date of birth using the Gregorian calendar, your local birth time as recorded at birth, and your city and country of birth. If your birth date is recorded only in the lunar calendar, contact us before ordering.

Is this computer-generated? Digital tools may assist with chart calculation, formatting, and report preparation. Every interpretation is personally reviewed, edited, and finalized by Ting — a Korean language and culture educator with 9,000+ hours of teaching experience — with individual comments specific to your chart.

What kind of question can I ask? One clear question works best. You may ask about career direction, relationships, recurring personal patterns, or the timing and emotional context of a major change. The reading does not provide medical, legal, investment, gambling, pregnancy, death, or guaranteed-outcome predictions. Questions focused on secretly determining another person's thoughts or behavior may be reframed around your own choices and patterns.

When will I receive it? Your PDF will be delivered by email within 3 business days after we receive both your order and all required birth information. If clarification is needed, the delivery period begins once the necessary information has been confirmed.

What does the included follow-up cover? You may submit one clarification question about your completed report within 14 days of delivery. The follow-up does not include a new topic, a second person's chart, relationship compatibility analysis, or recalculation using different birth information.

Do you offer refunds? Because this is a personalized service, cancellation requests are accepted only before preparation begins. Once chart analysis has started, the order is generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or if we are unable to deliver the service as described. If your report contains an error based on birth information you submitted correctly, we will correct it at no additional charge. Changes caused by incorrect or incomplete information submitted with the order may require an additional fee.

Is my birth information kept private? Your birth information is used only to prepare, deliver, and support your reading. It is handled according to our Privacy Policy and is not sold or used for unrelated marketing without your consent.
