π Welcome to Ting House
Ting House is managed by me and my family. I'm a certified real estate agent, and my father has worked in this neighborhood as a real estate broker for over 40 years. All of our rooms are within a 5-minute walk from our family home β if you ever need help, we're always close by.
I've been hosting on Airbnb since 2017. From October 2025, Airbnb Korea no longer allows one-room listings β so booking directly here means you save the Airbnb service fee and book with a host you can trust.

π How to Book
Five simple steps from browsing to check-in.
- Browse the roomsGo to the Listings page and find a room you like.
- Check the calendarEach room has its own availability calendar and minimum-stay info.
- Message me on WhatsAppSend your room name and dates so I can confirm availability.
- Pay the depositOnce confirmed, reserve your dates on the Deposit Booking page.
- Check in at our officeArrive in Seoul, drop by the office, and get your room keypad code.

Sinsa-dong, Gangnam-gu β walking distance from both Sinsa Station and Apgujeong Station (Line 3). A trendy, safe, and convenient area for travelers.
The detailed address and check-in instructions are sent to you after your booking is confirmed.
π Please Check Availability First
- Each room has its own calendar showing available dates
- The minimum stay is normally 14 days β but for some dates, shorter stays may be possible
π Check-In Process
- After arriving in Seoul, please come to our office first
- We'll complete check-in and collect the remaining payment there
- Payment is cash only by default β PayPal or credit card is possible if you let me know in advance (a 10% fee incl. tax is added)
- π΅ Paying in USD? I'll calculate the amount using the KRWβUSD basic exchange rate on Naver on the day of payment
- After check-in, enter your room with a digital keypad β no keys to lose!

Drop your bags at the office before check-in or after check-out (until the evening) β and enjoy Seoul hands-free!

β Cancellation & Refund Policy
- 100% refund up to 30 days before check-in
- Within 30 days of check-in, the deposit becomes non-refundable
