Ting House is a cozy and local space managed by me and my family.
Iβm a certified real estate agent, and my father has worked in this neighborhood as a real estate broker for over 40 years.
All of our accommodations are located within a 5-minute walk from our family home,
so if you ever need help, we're always close by.
Iβve been hosting on Airbnb since 2017 and have maintained an excellent track record β
all of my listings have an average rating of 4.9, and over the past year, theyβve all received a perfect 5.0 rating.
From October 2025, Airbnb Korea will no longer allow one-room listings on its platform.
Thatβs why booking directly through this website is a smart choice β
youβll save Airbnb service fees, and youβre booking with a host you can trust.

π How to Book
- Go to the Listings page and browse the rooms
- Check the availability calendar for each room
- Send me a message via WhatsApp to check your dates
- Once confirmed, go to the Deposit Booking Page to make your reservation
- Arrive in Seoul and check in at our office
π‘ The deposit will be fully refunded right after check-out.
π Location
Our accommodation is located in Sinsa-dong, Gangnam-gu,
within walking distance of both Sinsa Station and Apgujeong Station on Seoul Subway Line 3.
Itβs a trendy, safe, and convenient area for travelers.
The detailed address and check-in instructions will be sent to you after your booking is confirmed.

Before contacting me via WhatsApp,
please make sure to check the calendar on the individual listing page.
- Each room has its own calendar showing available dates
- Normally, the minimum stay is 14 days,
but for some dates, shorter stays may be possible
π Check the room details for minimum stay information before messaging!
π Check-In Process
- After arriving in Seoul, please come to our office first
- At the office, weβll complete the check-in and collect the remaining payment
- Payment is cash only by default
(If you want to use Paypal or credit card, please let me know in advance β
a 10% fee including tax will be added) - π΅ If you would like to pay in USD, I will calculate the amount based on the KRW-USD exchange rate (basic rate) shown on Naver on the day of payment.
- After check-in, youβll go to your room and enter using a digital keypad
β° Check-In & Check-Out Time
- Check-in: From 3:00 PM
- Check-out: Until 11:00 AM
If you need early check-in or late check-out, feel free to ask in advance β weβll try our best to adjust.
𧳠Luggage Storage
- You can store your luggage before check-in
- You can also leave your luggage after check-out until the evening
Just drop your bags off at the office and enjoy your time in Seoul freely!

π‘ Deposits are paid in advance and fully refundable after checkout,
unless there's any damage or policy violation.
β Cancellation & Refund Policy
- 100% refund is available up to 30 days before check-in
- Within 30 days of check-in, the deposit becomes non-refundable
