Returns

Exchanges

## Personalized Digital Services (Saju Readings)

Personal Saju Readings are custom-made digital services. Cancellation
requests are accepted only before preparation of your reading begins.
Once chart analysis has started, the order is generally non-refundable,
except where required by applicable law or if we are unable to deliver
the service as described.

If your report contains an error based on birth information you submitted
correctly, we will correct it at no additional charge. Corrections needed
because of incorrect or incomplete information submitted with the order
may require an additional fee.
