FAQ

I don't know my birth time. Can I still order? Yes. Your reading can be based on the year, month, and day pillars. The hour pillar will be omitted, and your report will clearly explain which interpretations cannot be made without it. We will not guess a missing birth time.

What birth information should I provide? Please provide your date of birth using the Gregorian calendar, your local birth time as recorded at birth, and your city and country of birth. If your birth date is recorded only in the lunar calendar, contact us before ordering.

Is this computer-generated? Yes, in part. Your four pillars are calculated astronomically (solar terms, true solar time for your birthplace), and the written reading is generated by AI using Tingssam's framework — the questions she asks of a chart and the way Koreans actually talk about it. Tingssam (a Korean language and culture educator, over 10,000 hours of teaching) built and tests the framework; she does not hand-write each report. If something in your reading doesn't land, reply to the email and she will look at your chart personally.

Is saju the same as astrology? Saju is not astrology. It is an East Asian way of reading time — thousands of years of recorded observation about people and seasons, organized into one system. Unlike a star sign or an MBTI type, a saju chart has a time axis: 대운 (daeun), the ten-year seasons of a life, and 세운 (seun), the character of each year. The chart doesn't tell you what will happen. It tells you what season you're in.

What kind of question can I ask? One clear question works best. You may ask about career direction, relationships, recurring personal patterns, or the timing and emotional context of a major change. The reading does not provide medical, legal, investment, gambling, pregnancy, death, or guaranteed-outcome predictions. Questions focused on secretly determining another person's thoughts or behavior may be reframed around your own choices and patterns.

When will I receive it? Your PDF is delivered by email within 24 hours of your order. If your birth details can't be located (for example, an unrecognized city), we'll email you to confirm and the clock restarts from there.

What does the included follow-up cover? Reply to the delivery email with one clarification question within 14 days. The follow-up does not include a new topic, a second person's chart, relationship compatibility analysis, or recalculation using different birth information.

Do you offer refunds? Because this is a personalized service, cancellation requests are accepted only before preparation begins. Once chart analysis has started, the order is generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or if we are unable to deliver the service as described. If your report contains an error based on birth information you submitted correctly, we will correct it at no additional charge. Changes caused by incorrect or incomplete information submitted with the order may require an additional fee.

Is my birth information kept private? Your birth information is used only to prepare, deliver, and support your reading. It is handled according to our Privacy Policy and is not sold or used for unrelated marketing without your consent.
